Radermachera sinica (China Doll Plant) Mangrove / Bonsai Shape 12cm Pot, Height 30cm

An attractive evergreen houseplant with finely divided, glossy green leaves. In its native China and Taiwan it can grow into a large tree, but when grown in a pot it can be kept as a more compact, handsome specimen with regular pruning.

Radermachera prefers bright, indirect light. Keep it away from strong, hot direct sunlight, particularly through glass.

It prefers consistent warmth and moderate humidity, so keep it away from cold draughts, sudden temperature changes and direct heat sources such as radiators. Water when the surface of the compost has begun to dry, taking care not to over-water or allow the plant to sit in water. If the plant drops leaves, check the watering, light and temperature before adjusting its care, as leaf drop can have several causes.

Not frost hardy. Keep at a minimum temperature of around 10°C, although it will grow best in warmer conditions.
