Mandevilla ‘Rio’ Red (Brazilian Jasmine) 12cm Pot

Mandevilla, or Dipladenia, is a tropical flowering plant native to South and Central America, including Brazil. A warm-loving plant, it performs best in temperatures above 10C and is not frost hardy.

Grow in a bright position with plenty of light, ideally with some gentle direct sunlight and use well-drained soil. Water regularly, allowing the surface of the soil to dry slightly between waterings and ensuring excess water can drain away. Feed every two weeks during the growing season to encourage healthy growth and abundant flowering.

Not frost hardy, so bring indoors over winter in cooler climates and protect from cold temperatures.

The ‘Rio’ mix is a selected range featuring a vibrant mix of flower colours.
