Sedum spathulifolium ‘Cape Blanco’
€4.50 “Price excl. VAT: €3.96”
Sedum spathulifolium ‘Cape Blanco’ bears powder-blue and pewter foliage which, in midsummer, is topped by small flattish heads of yellow flowers. Though attractive in flower, ‘Cape Blanco’ is at its very best in midwinter when its colourful evergreen foliage makes it stand out over other winter foliage plants.
Sedum spathulifolium is a useful drought-tolerant plant for problem, hot, dry sunny spots, where it associates well with other sedums and looks superb surrounded by pebbles or gravel.
Grow Sedum spathulifolium ‘Cape Blanco’ in rock gardens or containers, and pair with sempervivums.
Sedum ‘Cape Blanco’ is known for attracting bees, butterflies/moths and other pollinators. It has nectar/pollen rich flowers.
