Pandanus baptistii 14cm Pot

Pandanus baptistii, commonly known as the Variegated Dwarf Pandanus or ‘Aureus’ (when displaying golden-yellow stripes), is a small, ornamental plant from the Pandanaceae family. Native to New Britain in the Bismarck Archipelago near Papua New Guinea, it forms a short, branching trunk topped with stiff, spirally arranged leaves. The foliage is deep green with a striking cream to yellow stripe down the center, giving it a bold, tropical appearance. In warmer months, it can be placed outdoors in a sheltered location.

• Water: Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Ensure excellent drainage to prevent root rot.
• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sun, which may cause leaf yellowing.
• Humidity: Tolerates medium humidity but thrives in higher humidity levels.
• Temperature: Ideal temperature is around 18C
