Calathea orbifolia is a beautiful houseplant, prized for its large, rounded leaves with elegant silver and green stripes. The leaves have a distinctive ribbed, corrugated texture, while its bushy, clump-forming habit creates a luxuriant, leafy display.

Calathea orbifolia thrives in a warm, humid environment, making it particularly well suited to a bright bathroom or kitchen. Position it in a warm room, away from cold draughts and radiators and ideally maintain a temperature above 15C. Average room temperatures of 18C to 24C are preferable.

Calathea orbifolia requires bright indirect light. Avoid harsh, direct sunlight, which can scorch its delicate leaves.
